One of the benefits of Substitute Teaching is that sometimes, you can have a really good week. I had one this past week. I took Monday off, because I could. The rest of the days, I had no less than 2 preps per day. I had yard duty only once. The students were all very respectful and did their work. I had good chats over lunches with the other teachers. I also got to go to an Earth Ranger assembly and see lots of cool animals! Substitute Teaching can be very difficult, so it’s good to remember that sometimes, it’s awesome!
